The Potato Head line seemed to go a different direction in the late 1960s...up & down! A much larger body now housed a wind up mechanism that made Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head hop like mad.
The Jumping Mr. and Mrs Potato Heads each were sold seperately and each included some all new very unique accessories. Seemingly logical for a bouncing character, Jumpin’ Mr. Potato Head had a jack hammer, a
fishing rod, and a kite, The jumping Mrs. Potato Head was a little more grounded in housework. Her accessories included a feather duster, vacuum, popcorn popper, and dinner bell. All of the face pieces were the same pieces found in earlier sets.
