This is the Mr. Potato Head Electronic Talking Play Center Ride-On. This toy was advertised in 2002, but was almost impossible to find in stores. Features a Mr. Potato Head face with changeable parts, much like the 1970's Mr. Potato Head Rider. This item also has electronic sounds and talks in funny Mr. Potato Head voices.

Each set is just a bucket of face pieces used to decorate your Halloween pumpkin. A few of these styles were recalled due to possible choking hazards. It really was about the labeling for "2 years or younger"
