Due to the popularity of the 1998 Mr. Potato Head premiums, Burger King brought him back with five new Kids Meal toys in 1999. In addition to these new toys, Burger King offered extra “Monday only” surprises.
    Every Monday during the second Burger King Mr Potato Head promotion, one of the special prizes below was added to the Kids Meals. These items include a magnet, 2 tattoos, and 2 stickers sets. These items are harder to find than the regular toys.
