In 1997, Hardee’s restaurant’s  released a series of kid’s meal toys called the Hasbro Classic Toy series. A Mr. Potato Head figure was one of the four premiums in the set. It includes two removable faces, plus removable feet and hat. It came in a plastic bag with a special collector card and instructions.

    In the same fashion as Hardees, Rally's Hamburgers released a set of 4 classic Hasbro toys in their kids meals in 2000. The Potato Head toy is a small gyro spinning top, similiar to the "Whizzer" type spinning top.

Brewsters is a restaurant chain in the UK which gives out toys similar to McDonald's or Burger King. This is the full set of Mr Potato Heads that they issued in 2001.
